This is our City Hall. A historic building, donated to the town by Colonel Clarence Jackson while he was in a Civil War Confederate prison. [link]

It is an HDR made from 3 exposures.

Again, I'm biased for my photo. Even though they have an picture of the building from the air on the town website, mine looks better :P

In the left background can be see our police station. Located in the old carriage house.

edit: 30-April-2008 I took the suggestion and adjusted the vertical lines in the photo. A small change, but a big improvement.

Very nicely done HDR shot. Just make sure to check your vertical lines. This shot is leaning to the right some. A quick fix in photoshop.

I do see what you mean. Do you know of a tutorial I could look at? I tried the lens correction filter, but it didn't fix the problem...only transfered it to the other side of the building.

I'm a bit shocked by all the good feedback for what I thought was OK...but nothing special.

Maybe this will be my next Featured Deviation on my user page :boogie:

I think I'll stick to architecture HDR. My landscapes are always a bit off. Buildings don't move as much as trees do in the wind :)
